OTHER RESOURCES EMAILED EARLIER!
Math:
Here is a link of free online 5th and 6th grade math games. This includes many higher level skills like Algebra as well as other skills and practice: http://math4children.com/Grade6/games/
Here are some math games which also have games related to fractions and decimals. Some of these are very simple and others are not. http://www.mathplayground.com/grade_5_games.html
I also highly reccommend having students practice their multiplication chants, especially if they became more comfortable with multiplication. There are many flashcards and games online that are easy to find.
Social Studies & Geography Games
I found this website when I was looking for geography games. It's another teacher's website, but he includes some really fun (and addicting) geography games that not only help you learn geography, but they're also thought provoking.

Typing practice:
They do type their papers in 6th grade and typing is, in general, an important skill. Since kids like to play computer games, I thought that these sites may be useful. They're fun and they might prove to be helpful.
Here's a link to free games to be used on the computer to help students with keyboarding skills: http://www.educatorstechnology.com/2014/06/keyboarding-games-for-kids.html
or, You could purchase the app Typing Fingers LT-- this seems like a good app because it gets kids comfortable with using certain fingers for certain letters while they play a game. However, I haven't used it before.
